"The staff was most accommodating. We were given rooms on the 4th floor. My mother didn’t like the steps. The hotel moved us to the first floor/ground floor. Awesome rooms. The decor and areas match the pictures. Very soothing and zen environment to sit and enjoy the Jaipur morning and evening. The food was great. We ate there three nights plus breakfast. Excellent spread. The owner lives on the property and keeps an eye on things. His dog putters around the property. "

The problem was with maintenance issues. When I checked into the room I found that the toilet was constantly running. I called maintenance and he said that it was fine. Later it did not even flush. "I enjoyed the architecture of this hotel as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly service of the staff members. My only critique was the swimming pool water was green. The whole place is like a royal palace and I would for sure stay here again if I ever go back to Jaipur."
