"The breakfast was delicious and the servers were so great! The staff in the Lucky H were fantastic. The room was HOT and despite being on the second floor required walking outside through a very busy parking lot and several sets of stairs. This was difficult with compromised mobility. The shower in the room was outstanding!! We never found the award winning pool and front desk staff were unhelpful. Also, there are no signs saying where to go. In fact, two employees stopped to use our map...

"Great location in SLC downtown, a “legacy” building with an outstanding breakfast and dinner in the facility. Only problem was “The Vault” bar with an unpleasant experience regarding beer - they displayed a real arrogance and opinion that was unsettling. Felt like we were from another planet and clearly were not interested in helping."
