"Great location, beautiful setting and amazing Spa. Had the pleasure to see baby turtles make their way to the ocean."

"This is a beautiful resort but with limited Food options it is not suited to long stays in my opinion We did 4 nights and that was about right… the bar staff are excellent and the bed was super comfortable… it was also super dark walking about so take a torch !"

"This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios, restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers."

"Perfect Location and Excellent Hosts! "Our stay at Avant Family Villa was absolutely great. The location is great — quick drive to Ocho Rios’ top attractions like Dunn’s River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain, as well as several beautiful local beaches. The villa itself offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a private community pool and beach access. Having a supermarket, pharmacy, Bank Cambio/ATM and restaurant right on-site made our trip so much easier. A huge...

"Clean, great customer service. Most importantly we felt safe. Would definitely stay again and again!!"

The house was musty the sofa was grimy and smelly , not even a bottle of water was in the...

"I enjoyed the property and the staff. They are always helpful and welcoming. "

"The property was very clean and relaxing the property manager was very helpful and accommodations were A1"

"The property is safe and quiet. The surrounding is clean with a beautiful view of the mountains, palm and coconut trees. The pool area has a nice tropical vibe with a magnificent view. The communication with the owner needs improvement. For example: after making our security deposit we received our receipt however, we did not hear from the owner until the day before our trip and after making several calls to orbitz in order for them to contact the owner. That experience was concerning and a bit...

"This place is amazing, had to get use to the bugs. Property is beautiful, neighborhood is quiet friendly safe and relaxing. "
