"Amazing hotel! The staff was friendly, the lobby, room, and lounges were beautiful and clean. The room was amazing, including the bathroom. The views and location were incredible as well. Everything was conveniently located extremely close to the hotel. Oviedo turned out to be my favorite city I visited on my trip, and that was very surprising to me, and much of that was thanks to this hotel. I would love to come back to Oviedo and would 100% stay here again when I do!"

"La habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas, como puntos negativos nos encontramos una pastilla de medicamento en el suelo de la habitación y el sellado perimetral estaba bastante deteriorado.
La atención del personal a sido excelente, otro punto negativo es que para acceder a la zona de las habitaciones familiares hay que bajar unas escaleras y no hay ascensor lo que dificulta el bajar las maletas o el acceso a personas con movilidad reducida"
"Disappointing experience regarding the air conditioning. The hotel’s website clearly states that air conditioning is available, but unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay.
We stayed for two nights and complained on both nights because the room was uncomfortably warm. Despite bringing the issue to the hotel’s attention, the problem was not resolved, and we had to spend both nights in an overly hot room.

"Beautiful property. Grounds & rooms aesthetically pleasing. Pool was nice & drinks were delicious. Not the most practical place - small kitchen with no dish cloth, pots/pans, dish soap. The property’s restaurant is closed Monday - Wednesday and there aren’t a lot of options for dining. We went to the grocery store since we couldn’t find a restaurant nearby w/availability until 9:30. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes.
It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space...
