"Our stay at the Ibis for our last night in Malaysia was the perfect end to our holiday. The staff were lovely and the room and facilities were great. The only complaint I have was the lack of information about the bus pick up service from KLIA. We struggled to find the pick up spot. Sending the information to guests before their arrival would be helpful. The final suggestion I have would be that the shuttle needs to run longer. With many departures throughout the night a 24 hour shuttle service...

"This was a good clean hotel for the price. Inside of room in particular was modern n clean. The big issue for me was location. It is far from the city where I wanted to be (my mistake). However, if your activities are in the area, then this place is great value"
