"This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well. "

"My wife and I loved the location, it was fantastic. We were on the ground level and the ability to interact with the locals was great. The facility was very nice and the pool and sauna was very nice. It is both secluded as well as very walkable to all points in Chamonix. Parking is a valued part of the reservation. "The most striking impression initially is the incomparable view of the Mont Blanc massif from this property. I can't imagine a better location. The staff, bar none, was superb and paid attention to every need. The restaurant was very good. Highly recommend this property!"

"Splendid resort. However, the personnel (from the receptionists to the waitresses in the restaurant) overloaded and not very careful in keeping the standard that the level of the hotel requires. Quite upsetting to see people showing up for breakfast and (especially) for dinner in ropes and sleepers, serving themselves by touching food rather than following the required healthy standard using the correct cutlery. The maitre is supposed to monitor more closely what is going on the room. "

"We loved our stay. Excellent clean apartment. Staff were so friendly and informative. Always smiling and happy to help. Apartment was well equipped. Local travel passes were very useful and they also has a discount rates for the local spa. Some of the lower level apartments don't have the view or door to step outside. Which is a down side as been so close to the beautiful scenery and not able to see while having a coffee etc. We did lots of hikes, went up the lifts to see Mont blanc and...

"The property was not what I expected as it was chunky with so much thick wood panels and very outdated in style The staff were charming from arrival to departure and an excellent breakfast selection...........Sadly no other meals were served as they said there was no restaurant. The rooms were spotless and inviting ,but very outdated in color and style, such dark colors gloomy halls where lights are automatic left me standing in the dark by the elevator. Not my taste but a happy stay ,Thanks"
