"The service is beyond slow! It took 2 hours waiting in line just to check in, and about 45 minutes to check out. Along with that the wifi in property doesn’t work especially for the rooms! They couldn’t help with anything I requested for. If you have a sit down meal there it takes about 35-50 minutes for you to get a simple meal, service was not good at this resort. I love St Martin but will not be staying here again."

"There was only one hotel staff member that was helpful. All others had a pretty bad attitude and were not willing to assist. Also, I felt that it was pretty ridiculous to have to pay an additional daily or weekly rate just to use the gym facility. Not sure if we would return to Sint Maarten. If we did, it would NOT be to this hotel."

"The rooms are great and very spacious, the pool is so cute , breakfast is good . Reception staff Carla was very helpful and adorable but another lady we met the next day was not as friendly and definitely glad we got greeted by Carla and not that lady . Just know that the beach is full of seaweed and hard to even get into the water and the odor makes it hard to stay . We drove to the Dutch side for better beaches but still loved the hotel . Cleaning staff was always sweet and did an amazing job...

"The home is beautiful the pictures does this home no justice. It is on a hill and further away from food and night life. I do recommend a driver for sure. The host was very accommodating to us. Our flight was days and hours delayed and we had an extra guest. The check out process was smooth if you need a later check out I would recommend just booking for the full day."
