"We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

"We have a wonderful vacation with family. Great place"

"The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner."

"Wonderful and relaxing"

"I’m not happy with staff service and behaviour. The location was good to stay but car parking issue and there was not any help in finding travel information and guideline"

"It was a cool looking hotel. I felt the staff weren’t too helpful though. They didn’t really make us feel like home. The restaurant was okay, a bit slow. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. Our room was big, and the blanket was definitely warm. Hot shower. Great. My favourite thing was the observatory experience with David Rivas Romero. "Amazing room with hot tub two beds at different levels which creates a feeling of privacy without being in separate rooms. We went with our two small children and they had the most awesome pack and play for our baby. Food was delicious! The whole place is a dream and the spa was fantastic!"

"This was a beautiful stay and the host/owner is so incredibly sweet and accommodating to any needs you may have. Highly recommended doing dinner on-site at least once as it is very much worth the cost. If you're planning on being in Urubamba, stay here!"

"Gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires. Grandes chambres agréables et bien agencées. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Cadre exceptionnel avec vue sur les montagnes environnantes."

"Hotel magnifique respectant l’esthétique local. Un endroit de luxe et de repos parfait après les randonnées à Machu Picchu. Un trésor!"
