"Overall, very impressed. close to the Palace, great staff, great breakfast in the AM, ZERO complaints!"

"The hotel is in a great location overlooking a green piazza. The cleaning staff do an excellent job and the room was spotless. Rooms are airy and spacious if a little dated. Our experience was marred by one rude member of staff. Rather than trying to help and respond to the most reasonable requests she made us feel as if we were bothering her. Everything was just too much trouble. We visit Caserta regulalry and stay and the Cavilieri. This time was the last. Such a shame for one person to let...

"The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. "Excellent customer service, beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely spa and wonderful treatments and amenities. We loved it !Thank you"

"ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. arredi, spazi, dimensioni delle stanze servizi."

"Hotel was hard to find as someone traveling from out of country. Walked the mall several times and ask multiple people but no help. Update description of location to help locate. Old Holiday Inn in mall. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Room was horrible and view sucked. Do not recommend."

"The girl in the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was fine. The rest was uncomfortable to say the list. We stayed for one night."
