"The staff were friendly, efficient and keen to help. The beds are amazing. Having the dog being welcomed so warmly was wonderful. Great areas to exercise the dog very near the hotel. The burgers-after a very long journey - were amazing. This was at least the seventh time we have broken our Long journey here and it never disappoints. "

"Great old style hotel in Valladolid, very near to Plaza Mayor. Huge rooms, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We happened to be there during the city wide celebration of the city’s patron saint which was celebrated with two nights of concerts that lasted until midnight, making the room quite noisy, but otherwise it was quiet and convenient with tons of great dining options nearby. The concierge was very helpful in mapping out a walking tour of the main sights of the city. We’d book again in an instant!"
