"Absolutely loved every part of our stay from the balcony in our room to the comfortable beds. The pool was outdoors and not temperature controlled but it was still very well kept and super clean. We still can not stop thinking about the AMAZING breakfast. It was included with our stay which isn't even mentioned here but it was a great added incentive and no other breakfasts have compared since our travels. I would go back to Albania just to stay here again, honestly. I have so much more to say because I really did love this place and the people and everything else it came with. "

I was helped with my many requests to book a bus to another city, explore the city centre, make recommendations for dinner, etc. The room was very comfortable, making my stay enjoyable."

"Hotel was advertised as family friendly but it certainly was not. We were put in the top floor with a child and there was no lift. Camp bed provided wouldn’t stay up so daughter had to sleep With us. No children’s menu at all and the ‘playground’ was a fatality waiting to happen. Left after one day of a three night booking. "

To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a full sea view room in celebration of my brother's birthday, complete with a lovely fruit platter as a welcome gesture. Waking up to that breathtaking view every morning was truly a highlight of our trip! I must add the entertainment team made the evenings one to look forward to with their goofy and entertaining performances! The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to main roads, making it convenient for exploring the area.
