Vor Allem die Ferienhäuser VIP erneuert sind in einem, fast desolaten Zustand. Gartenmöbel defekt und wild zusammengestellt, Furniere an Schränken und Regalen fehlen, Eisfach im Kühlschrank schließt nicht, die Couch im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen und daher absolut ungemütlich.
