"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."

Mein Zimmer war groß und gemütlich und der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Was ärgerlich war: Am Tag des Checkouts wurde mein Zimmer bereits vor meinem Checkout gereinigt und meine restlichen Sachen an der Rezeption hinterlegt. Unangenehm… "

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "We have stayed in Dorint hotels many times. This hotel has had a number of upgrades to the Rooms, Reception area and Restaurants. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed and felt a little soulless, but overall service was good, rooms were clean and had a very comfortable stay. "

"We got spectacular winter weather, so the view and balcony were quite wonderful. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. But the low-season price, included breakfast, spa with treatments, and gorgeous area...
