"Great location in Bright with convenient parking. Check-in was smooth and easy even after reception hours, which was perfect after a late day skiing.
Friendly staff and great facilities, especially the sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended!"
"Had a great 2 nights stay for 3 people for a 60th. Hosts were lovely and commutative. The cottage was gorgeous and even better than expected. You’re only a 10 minute river walk to town. Beds also have a heated blanket!"
"Magnificent. We loved arriving at dusk to the softly lit cottages nestled in beautiful gardens. The accommodation was outstanding. Highly recommend. "
"We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults."
"We had a wonderful stay at The Odd Frog in Bright. The location was incredible, just a short drive to everything Bright has to offer while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in Cabin 3, which was absolutely gorgeous. It was beautifully presented, clean, and had lovely amenities that made our stay feel really comfortable. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bright."
"This is a magnificent property in a quiet street, yet only a short stroll from the heart of Bright. Has all the amenities to make your stay truly home from home.
Such a warm and friendly welcome from Marco who showed us around the property and had put the heating on prior to our arrival so the home felt so warm and cosy. Would highly recommend…amazing bird life to watch from the back decking!!"
"Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile."
"If you suffer from depression :) or you just need to relax next to the river with a cup of coffee this is a place to be! If I live in Melbourne I would be visiting this place more often. Thank you so much for this opportunity! "
"at first we were worried as Wombat Hills was further from Mansfield than we thought, however Norm was incredibly welcoming and the accommodation was clean with all you could need, the facilities were simple and practical - the view was exceptional. We loved our stay."
"We spent the weekend away here for two nights and enjoyed our stay here.
The hosts were kind enough to allow us to bring along our dog, which put our minds at ease as it helped us avoid making plans for someone to dogsit her. The acreage behind the property is a landscape beauty, especially during autumn time. Morning walks with the dog here was a delight.
