"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. "The resort was stunning. Everything was updated except for our room. Had I have known I would’ve booked on the other side of the hotel to get an updated room. Our window view which was ocean view was mediocre at best. Everything else was great though. The staff were phenomenal. Food was fantastic. I would recommend it!"

"Staff was really helpful. Everyone was pleasant. Sad that there was not a beach that you could swim at. The pools were great and nice and clean. The bartenders at the pool were all great. The coffee shop was great. Good coffee, great service. And fresh breads and fresh pastries, delicious. The grounds were beautiful. Golf cart was alot of fun riding around checking out the wicked large resort. Disappointed with some areas of the resort that need upgrades or repairs. Example: glass slider in our room the handle was hanging on by 1 screw. Also the curtains for glass sliders were very dirty. Room was very clean. Had a nice visit. A/c worked great. We had a great trip."

"I had an enjoyable stay at the Calizo Guest House and would definitely stay there again. Considering the cleanliness, excellent A/C, location, walkable distance to the beach, and helpful host, I give this boutique hotel a solid 4.5 out of 5. It was better than some resorts I have stayed at before. The pool was great and the landscaping was eye-catching. I only take off a half a point because in being a boutique hotel, there are not as many amenities as a resort (although it had exactly what we were looking for) and because paying the security deposit over phone rather than via a more direct method was something to which I was not accustomed. But I can assure others who are considering this location that it is a legitimate business and my stay was quite comfortable."
