"Very nice hotel at an awesome location along the beach.
They has nice clean rooms with soft beds.
Restaurants at the hotel is nice and with good service.
Really worth a visit and we will come back."
"I would throughly recommend this hotel. The room was spotless on arrival and kept amazingly clean by Kanjanee, the house keeper. The swim up room was excellent and we enjoyed several relaxing days with the pool literally at the doorstep. The breakfasts were good with something for everyone and the hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the beach and a few minutes from the road with plenty bars and restaurants.
We've moved on to Phuket for our second week but missing The Waters...
"We were greeted by amazing staff members at the reception, as well as every other staff member. The property is very luxurious and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is versatile and tasty. Very pleasant and highly recommended!"
"What an unforgettable stay. It was our first time in the Surat Thani province and this being our first stop, certainly didn't disappoint. We utilized the resort sending a Van from the airport, but arranged a ride in advance on our own from the resort back to Surat Thani (doable via the many transport apps).
The resort is new, opened within the year (2026). And they are still doing finishing touches to the grounds.
We leaned into the "experiences" staff to help coordinate some outings. The...
"Zimmer sehr sauber. Hotel modern, insbesondere für thailändische Verhältnisse. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Frühstück in Buffetform sehr reichhaltig.
"Smiling staff. Helpfull. A huge fantastic white b each in front of the hotel. Some beach bars and caffes in the vicinity. Also a minimarket.
Kaolak center 15 min. Taxi ride away "
"We went here with our children years ago and stayed a few times. As our now more grown up children were backpacking through Asia they loved to visit again so I booked them a 5 night stay. They had a lovely stay in a Thai villa overlooking the lake. They still loved cycling to the beach as they remembered and the beach itself was still as lovely. The staff were friendly and they didn’t want to leave. Hope to visit with the 4 of us again in the future."
"direct at the beach, appartements OK, not more, breakfast not international standard, thai personell was the best during our stay, management with owner not customer friendly, very special mail-communication with management before arrival, very poor location in khao lak, Very large distance to vacation infrastructure for tourists, too far for tourists concerning daily trips and other sightseeing events, definitely NOT to RECOMMEND"
