The rooms were great too—you could find everything you needed right there. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Even after we checked out, they parked our car for us and let us leave our luggage there while we explored the city. That was so convenient! Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "
