Though the parking was included in the reservation I was refused parking upon arrival and had an argument with the picolo about it! So I simply left my car outside the hotel. He never offered help with our luggage either! Later they came asking for my car keys and parked my car at the garage which is insanely tight... I'm just glad there's no damage done on my car. Another annoying thing was that there's no sockets close to...

At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned....

"Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. "The location was perfect for our needs a car Is definitely required. The appartment didn’t have sufficient things to cook a basic meal. No oven or microwave and just a basic 2 pan hob. The pool is very nice and large. We had to ask for a toaster and kettle to be supplied. Overall we managed to get by but would have been perfect if more cooking items were provided. The view is beautiful from the balcony."
