Wonderful hotel, ideally situated just outside Cologne on the Rhine. Fantastic hotel, service and location. Small note about the car parking. Hotels.com lists free parking at the hotel. The hotel has no parking. The free parking is on the street at or near the hotel. It is a quiet street and I got excellent parking spots right at the hotel both nights, so no problem at all, but wanted to provide clarification for future guests who drive.

I am a solo traveler and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the cathedral and that offered parking and breakfast. This hotel was a good option and it had a great location. 20 minutes walking to the catedral, next to the arena too and there is a train station near by and many restaurants around the area. The hotel offers parking but you will have to pay separately upon check-out. When I got to the hotel staff was very nice. I had a room with private bathroom it was very nice , bed was...

Wonderful

Reception were very nice and helpful!

The hotel offered the very best experience for my family. We stayed 16 days—the whole staff was the epitome of true professionals especially Stefan, Ratna, Maria, David, Stella & others in the restaurant; not to forget the chefs, who work behind the scenes to create nutritious food, Carl & his house-keeping team ensured our room was very well maintained; the front desk (too many to name) went above & beyond daily—everyone made an effort too recognize us daily & ask if there was anything they...

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Germany this year but this has been, by far, the best experience all the way around. They did not use COVID-19 as an excuse why they didn’t or have anything that your paying for anyway such as cleaning your room. The staff was just perfect. Our view of the Dom from our room was incredible and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better!

Excellent staff. Very helpful. very clean property.

Excellent, clean, beautiful.

Amazing staff and great service! Clean room and great customer service provided by staffs. Special thanks to the night staff, Johnny! He has exceptional customer service attributes and connected to guests in a very friendly manner.

Clean and comfortable room across the street from the magnificent cathedral. Easy walking to restaurants, cafes and stores. Perfect for anyone arriving by train and wanting to be in the old town area.

This is not the kind of hotel what would be used to from the United States. It is about a 15 Room Pl. in a regular apartment building. The rooms however, are super nice, clean and functionable. When the staff is on duty, they are very helpful. The area the place is located in is perfect.

Great property serviced by great people. Just that the access to the property is a hassled by limited transportation options and having a car is a must.

The staff was rude. Otherwise the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was AMAZING!
