"I booked this hotel mostly because of the location and for the swimming pool as I have a child who likes swimming, never in my life I would think that as a hotel guest you have to pay extra for the swimming pool and also the spa reception asked as to buy swimming caps as it’s a hotel policy. I was very frustrated as other people in the pool were not wearing caps. I wouldn’t go there again as the rooms a quiet outdated and also for the 2 days we were the no cleaner came to at least pick up the...

"Nice big room, comfortable bed . the spa closes at 8:30 which I find a bit early."

"The location of the property was excellent. Situated at the bottom and start of the old town and also equally as close to the high street and restaurants. The room was clean and very comfortable. The reception gave us an excellent overview of the city with a street map of what to do and see and they were readily available on WhatsApp if we needed them. The breakfast was of high quality with lots of options. The hotel helped us book a taxi early in the morning and personally helped ensure it...

"Chambre fonctionnelle et propre mais salle de bain beaucoup trop petite, le WC est dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner quelconque"

"I’ve only missed a safe-box in the room. But everything else was excellent."

"Rent hotel med lade faciliteter for el biler"

"Vackert, väl beläget boende med trevlig personal och utsökt frukost. Rekommenderas för den som söker något autentiskt och familjärt."

No iron nor iron board in the room, you have to ask for it and it has to be returned after. No hair conditioner. The pool was great, 25 m and very clean. The stuff in the hotel was friendly. Very poor management in the restaurant. No one on the door to welcome you and sit you. Free breakfast buffet and no waiters around, customers help each other to find out where things...

"Hyggelig personal"

"Oda konforu , konumu ve otopark olmasi olumluydu"

"Staff does not speak any other language than Bulgarian, very limited breakfast, very disturbing gsm mast from a nearby building when staying on high floors, no minibar when early clousure"

"Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean "
