"Location perfect. Walkable to old town and harbour in 7 mins. The hotel had parking (valet) which was amazing and made it easy. Just drive in and dump car. The breakfast was amazing. So fresh and so many options. The room was great, good AC and a comfy bed. The main area where it excelled was the staff! "This is a great hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good. Beds was comfortable and staff friendly. Please note that if you have a car then there is some parking underground. However, the ramp down is very narrow and has a slight jog you have to negotiate. The parking spaces are quite small and there is limited turnaround space. Do not park underground unless you have a small car. "

"Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"Our rooms were in the new part of the hotel, which is over a quite busy road from the main hotel, restaurant and beach (there is a bridge, but only a lift on one side). The rooms are modern and the cleaning is thorough, although what one would expect for a room at this price point. The breakfast is fine, lots of choice but not amazing quality, particularly the pastries, juice and coffee, although why it's in a room by reception and the road, and not in the restaurant by the beach is beyond me....

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were so attentive - always offering to help with advice or services.
