"Good location, clean room and amenities, excellent overall experience. Also included a free access to the pool/sauna/steam room/etc and the shuttle to the airport and back which we enjoyed."
"Poor first impression from the exterior of the building. Staff member took too long to find our booking and was quite unhelpful about check-in. No offer of sitting in the bar area or round the pool and getting a drink before check-in time.
Pool and outdoor area is much too small, it was literally taken over by a party when we tried to use it.
No real offer of hospitality, drinks and food were not offered or promoted.
Room was fine and no complaints about that."
"Hotel solidly up to the European Best Western standard (which is high), location is awesome for access to restaurants and shopping in Chantilly. The castle visit should be booked ahead of time and is five km from the hotel. Extremely close to CDG airport, hence a better choice of airport hotel than almost and of the official ones!"

Dat dit zich een hotel durft te noemen is schandalig! Na Novotel Nancy (positief!) dachten wij dat dit Novotel ook goed zou zijn. Nou… NEE!
We boekten vrij laat (onderweg). We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de dame bij de receptie; en daar hield het positieve ook op.
De kamer is ronduit VIES! En oud! Het derde bed moesten we zelf opmaken. En gore bank uitklappen met een matrasje van 5cm en doorlegen; ongelooflijk dat je dit durft aan te bieden als hotelbed!

"Good room with positives such as AC, window which opened, great shower and toiletries, kettle, fridge. Slightly quirky furniture however - not the best seating or storage. There was plenty of wall space which could have had coat hooks for example. We appreciated the free secure parking, proximity to restaurants and free public transport. Breakfast with outdoor terrace was top quality - all foods and drinks were excellent and we liked the local produce, especially the hotel's own honey!"
"L'hôtel est très agréable et c'était notre 2eme séjour. Le personnel est à l’écoute et le barman fait d’excellents cocktails création. Seul bémol au moment du départ, le responsable de l’accueil n’a pas pris le temps de nous écouter pour le late check out, dont on avait droit avec expédia. Et nous a renvoyé vers expédia de manière assez expéditive, alors qu’à mon avis, c’était à l'hôtel de régler le problème avec son partenaire de réservation. Cela a rendu la fin du séjour un peu désagréable."
"The amazing pool photos shown in the listing aren't actually at the hotel...its a separate location with specific operating hours, was closed by the time we arrived (still daylight) and told we couldn't go there to use it."
