There was paint peeling from the walls, scratches on the wall from furniture damage, the floor was crack near the stairs leading upstairs, there was no lights over the grilling area, none of the hot tubs work in any of the rooms. Noticed multiple concerning items - there were towels left in dryer, most probably from previous rental. The trash dumpster was full of trash bags and insects flying around.
