Spacious room but three things that definitely need improvement (1) TV on the wall can't be watched from the bed, poor lighting making it look dark and uninviting and due to the lighting awful to try and put your make-up on, had to stand by the window to get any light and use a hand mirror, not good design at all. "Superb reception staff. Welcoming and helpful, answering our questions and giving advice on how to get around the city and to the Coop Live Arena. Breakfast very good with lots of variety but lots of people waiting. This was rectified by a senior member of staff who directed the staff to clear tables and set up quicker. Hopefully this will continue. Rooms were super clean and beds very comfortable resulting in a good night's sleep. Meal on a night good but waiting over 30 mins from ordering and...
