"Where to begin. Check in was wonderful. After that problems began. Toilet was mini frig were broken and had to be fixed. We went to dinner and the waitress was incompetent. First, she got our appetizer wrong. Then she brought out my fries 20 minutes before my burger and the correct appetizer. We were trying to enjoy a nice dinner and this table was screaming like they were in a sports arena. Waitress did nothing to make any of this right. "You have to pay for valet parking or paid parking off-site. Hidden fees. I don't think I will stay here again. $325 room and end up paying about $500 total. The pool was nice. The fire pit was cozy. The bar has a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. The "oceanview" room was clean, but it was located directly over the AC units, and they were very loud. You can't hear the ocean at all. The staff was the best part of the hotel. I didn't like the hidden fees. Will not be returning."
