"Clean room, good facilities. Close to gondola with frequent shuttle, ski hire in the building with friendly and helpful staff. "

"Our room was spacious with a nice balcony and lovely Mountain View’s. We used the jacuzzi but the jets didn’t work. The sauna and steam room were great. The breakfast on Sunday was quite a spread. The hostess was quite brusque. We enjoyed our stay. We had a car. The walk to town would be too long for some people."

"Only two member of staff were kind and courteous: Chris at reception and the young woman at the spa. Everyone else was borderline hostile. The rooms are run-down and unsafe, nothing is supplied for using the kitchenette and there is absolutely nothing complimentary, not even a tea bag. The sauna, swimming pool and gym are ok, Breakfast is also not too bad. Hotel etiquette should be enforced, such as not shouting in corridors and not smoking in rooms, which appear to be tolerated. Location is...

"Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!"

"Excelente. Buen desayuno "

"The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

"The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast...

"The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

"Kaldığımız süre boyunca rahat ettik, rahat ferah geniş odalı, aileler için ideal bir otel."

"Wonderful "

"Alles was perfect "

"Rooms were clean. Coffee in the room is not complementary. There is a complementary bottle of water, but only the first day. No iron nor iron board in the room, you have to ask for it and it has to be returned after. No hair conditioner. The pool was great, 25 m and very clean. The stuff in the hotel was friendly. Very poor management in the restaurant. No one on the door to welcome you and sit you. Free breakfast buffet and no waiters around, customers help each other to find out where things...

"Room was very dirty. Manager was very rude and didn’t introduce hisself and say “sorry”"
