"We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. "Fantastic hotel! Lakeside does not mean lake view and the light in the bathroom is not adequate for applying makeup, but the service is great and there are lots of great things to do in the area. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The pools and sauna area were lovely and the bathrobes and pool bag were a nice touch. The Haldensee is an easy walk from the hotel. On the high end for cost, but a nice vacation retreat for friends and families. "

"This is a wonderful hotel. The location and parking are very convenient and the view is just breathtaking. The Zugspitze was right outside our window. The room was very nice, large and clean. The staff was very friendly. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel and it was delicious as well as a great value. Breakfast was nice as well. This is a great place to stay to be able to visit many wonderful sights nearby. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed here for our honeymoon and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The room was huge, the spa areas and sauna are amazing and the 2 pools have absolutely breathtaking views! We knew breakfast was included but didn’t even realize we would be having 6 course meals for dinner every night and they were always delicious! The staff was so friendly and our absolute favorite part was the hiking trip with Regina that the hotel organized for us! She has some amazing stories and knows the area...
