"Breakfast was exceptional. The choice was amazing and would therefore choose this hotel again if staying in a Malmö. The location was a very short walk from the station and from attractions. Staff were friendly and professional and room was clean."

The mattress and bed are uncomfortable, and if you are staying in a room facing the so-called “indoor courtyard,” there is no air conditioning and no window that can be opened for proper ventilation. The room also lacks basic amenities such as a simple water kettle and refrigerator, which is difficult to understand at this price point.

"There are two issues on the first night ~ shower head needs a fix and pillows smells bad. We reported to the lobby manager and he said not much he can do. Then when we come back to the room at the end of first day out we were surprised to find that two issues are all fixed."

Of note: I booked this hotel specifically for the shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately it's by reservation only. No seats, no shuttle. Unfortunately our departure date shuttle was already full when we checked in.
