"Pleasant surprise. We were impressed from the very beginning with checking in; they were thorough, friendly, and attentive. They really left a mark early on. The staff throughout the hotel campus"

"Everything was great"

"This property was located in an ideal spot for those who do nit want to deal with busy tourist areas. The free shuttle to Grand Anse was perfect! The pool was clean and the views were amazing. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this stay for your next trip!"

"I just recently returned from my stay at Mount Cinnamon. What a beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and I appreciated the welcome drink. My room was beautiful and clean with a nice view off of the balcony. Also, comfortable bedding, and the hotel was very quiet. I loved coming to my room the first day and seeing fresh baked banana bread, and everyday, the staff personally delivered cookies to the room. Such a nice treat. The location is on Grande Anse beach, a beautiful white sand beach with...

"Perfect cozy clean beach hotel"

"Fabulous views from the cottage, had very relaxing stay. Staff warm and welcoming. Food tasted good but service a bit haphazard."

"This resort was absolutely MAGNIFICENT. The staff were so helpful, everybody was so friendly and kind, honestly by far one of the best trips I’ve had. Only thing is be prepared to get bitten by mosquitoes but just bring some repellent! The hotel also provided us with some breakfast options which was so helpful to save some money, they have their own Uber-like system so just pop over to their supermarket if you’re missing anything! 10/10 stay, absolutely gorgeous. This island deserves all the...

"My stay was absolutely lovely, just far too short! It truly feels like a secret hideaway, perfect for comfort, peace, and relaxation. The pool, breathtaking views, delicious food, and wonderful staff were all amazing. And the rooms? OMG so scenic and beautifully designed! I can always appreciate thoughtful architecture and attention to detail. Nina gave me a 10/10 massage, and Jen was an absolute doll so warm and welcoming. Overall, such a beautiful experience, and I’ll definitely make it a...

"Very cute and romantic. The bathroom was outside which I wasn’t a huge fan of because of the mosquitoes. The lounge pool was everything. Bring your bug spray and mosquito candles and keep them lit or you will be eaten alive. Food was really good as well as the drinks. Service was great. Breakfast is over priced but tasty. I would stay here again but know what to bring ahead of time is helpful."

"Pleasant quiet property."

"Everything was absolutely wonderful!! the property exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I would definitely book again and recommend to my family and friends. The young lady at the checkout desk was extremely helpful and had a great personality as well."

"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"My stay was awesome from beginning to end. Very tranquil with easy access to the beach and convenience stores. Was well greeted, tour of the room, and common area. Will diffinately recommend it to family and friends"

"HOTEL IS IN NICE LOCATION BUT THE PLACE WAS NOT PROPERLY UPKEEP. THEY NEED TO DO SOME WORK ON THE ROOMS TO UPGRADE THE WINDOW CURTAINS ARE OLD, THE CUPBOARDS ARE ROTTING AS FAST AS THE CLEANER SWEEP THE FLOOR IS BEING PLAGUED WITH THE WOOD WORMS, THE BATHTUB NEED SEALING BECAUSE BETWEEN THE CRACKS ROACHES KEEP COMING OUT AT NIGHTS,THE BATH TOWELS LOOKED DINGY AND SMELLED MUSKY. URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED IN ORDER TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS COMING! BESIDES ALL THAT NEGATIVE REVIEWS THE STAFF WAS VERY...

"Great villia. Everything was as noted. Stairs are not challenging if you can do them. But they are everywhere. Each room has less than 5 to get to them. Views are amazing!"
