"This is an Ok hotel with a great location. The front desk staff is not friendly. The rooms are big, tv very small, AC ok, but very bad ventilation system in the bathroom. The breakfast was great. The gym is very old , badly maintained and not very clean. We had VIP Expedia Category and nothing was recognized, we didn’t even get a bottle of water. The neighborhood is great."

"Super nice staff! Hotel top! We will choose it again."

"It’s a very old hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful but they need to work in their cleaning. Sheets and room floor was dirty. Not coming back"

"There is a bottle of wine included per day but if you want to use the coffee machine, you have to pay 3 dollars per cup! I’d have much preferred a morning cup of coffee over a bottle of cheap Malbec!"

"Delicious and colorful breakfast and good gym and very comfy bed!"

"Nice hotel, great location for exploring the city. Walkable and safe. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff very helpful."

"Well situated- great part of she city. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Room was spacious but bathroom was small, had poor lighting and shower was tight. Loved the balcony. Breakfast was good. Having a bar in the hotel would make it even more desirable of a location."

"No me gustó que me cobren el IVA al momento de llegar. Sería bueno que lo aclaren al momento de hacer la reserva. El 21% más es bastante y no todo el mundo lo contabiliza."

"Communications in regard to a few glitches was very good."

"Best in class, huge bedrooms and the bathroom palatial…."

"Me encantó el concepto del hotel, tiene muchísimo diseño y cada detalle está muy bien pensado. La habitación es hermosa y tiene una vista increíble. Además, todo el personal fue siempre muy atento, amable y con una energía hermosa que hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía más linda."
