"I was there for only one night-- wanted to visit King John's Castle (great destination and excellent exhibits) on my way back to the US. But the hotel is well located, well taken care of, with attentive and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"Glad to be a Silver Member. Received free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with the suite that was very spacious. It had a fridge and air conditioner (which many Ireland hotels don't have), and full kitchenette. We wish we could have stayed long enough to enjoy the hotel more. Feedback...when we first pulled off road into driveway...we could not see any signage that indicated where the front of the hotel was, along with the check-in desk. Instead...we went into first parking lot area and saw a dirty receiving dock along with garbage and linen area. Better signage might help with directions and give a better first impression. "
