"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very noisy, A/C was not working and when I went to ask the receptionist, she said ther air conditioning does work. I asked really! It wasn’t mentioned in your website. She said to deal with it. Hostile to English speaking customers in my opinion. The sad part was that payment was non refundable. Mosquitoes kept me up at night and it was hot. It was an experience I will not forget in a hurry."

"This hotel exceeded all expectations. The young woman at the front desk was delightful and went “above-and-beyond” to be helpful. Plenty of easily available free parking on the street immediately in front of the hotel. The white marble decor is striking. Everything is immaculate and the continental breakfast was excellent. We recommend “Papillons”, a cafe that is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel."

"The hotel is in an industrial park but it is near the airport. The hotel is clean but kind of worn down. In my room many of the outlets had been smashed or broken and the HVAC system didn't really work. The staff was chilly at best and annoyed I didn't speak Italian. The included breakfast ends earlier than posted - so I missed out on the breakfast more often than not. But the place has a secure parking lot - so that was nice. The restaurant on site is delicious."
