"GroĂe (Ent)tĂ€uschung! Aus zwei GrĂŒnden:
1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein KĂŒhlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dĂŒrfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden!
2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es mĂŒsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist.
AuĂerdem weist das Hotel groĂe InstandhaltungsmĂ€ngel auf...
