"Personale gentile"

"Je trouve que 25 € pour un petit chien, pour une seule nuit, c’est vraiment excessif, surtout qu’aucun service particulier n’est proposé pour lui. C’est dommage, car ce tarif me semble injustifié."

"The room was clean but needs renovation. Wardrobe handles and lamps are broken. Great to have a swimming pool but some of its rules are incomprehensible e.g., why men can only use speedo and not shorts? If it is for hygiene why swimming caps are not compulsory? Also, I would expect the hotel to provide beach umbrella for the shade, while apparently you have to bring your own for the pool. But who does that?"

"Lovely hotel by the marina, friendly staff. No noise and very clean. Much better than we anticipated."

"Studio propre et fonctionnel, personnel souriant et sympathique Piscine tres bien et calme Petit déjeuner bon et du choix Un séjour très agréable"

"2e keer in dit hotel. Ruime kamer -suite niveau. Prima badkamer met inloop douche en daarnaast een ligbad ruime badkamer. Koffiezetapparaat en water koker en tv. Uitstekend bed. Ontbijt zowel binnen als in tuin. Ruime opgezet. Ruime parkeermogelijkheid en oplaadmogelijkheid. Bij toeval ook nederlands sprekende receptinioniste. We komen hier zeker nog een keer."

"It was a pleasure to stay at The Excelsior. Staff were great, rooms were very comfortable and clean, and great location."

"We have stayed at this hotel before and love it for its location. A five minute walk into Sainte-Maxime and to catch the boat to St Tropez. The hotel has a great pool area and upstairs terrace. All the staff are really helpful and engaging, we extended our stay because we loved the place so much. "La piscine , l’hébergement, l’accueil : parfait 👍 Pas de frigo en état de marche , pas de bouteilles d’eau .Draps troués. Dommage . Séjours fin Août début Septembre : fortes chaleurs 😢"

"The hotel is across the road from the beach. Beautiful location overlooking the bay with Frejus and St.Raphael in the distance. Heaven. Staff all speak English and are multilingual. Beautiful terrace to sit outside for breakfast, cocktails or dinner. Excellent breakfast, yogurt ,fruit cereal. Hot breakfast of bacon and scrambled egg. If you want fried eggs you cook them yourself so getting them exactly as you like them.Quite unique!."

"Très bel hôtel près de tout et le personnel impeccable à conseiller"

"Superfriendly staff and OK rooms. Some dishes (we had a kitchenette) were dirty and thing holding the shower hose was broken, but other than that, a very pleasant experience. The location was perfect as well. 2 minutes walk from the marina and restaurants but situated on a calm street."
