"Loved this hotel - friendly staff, decent sized rooms and the biggest, most comfy bed!! The location is great for exploring the historical town too. We were celebrating our anniversary on this trip and the staff were kind enough to offer us breakfast included as a treat - it was a lovely spread and really helped not having to find breakfast before our early morning travels. Breakfast was good and with fair amount of varieties. The only downside is the hotel condition which is rather old and needs some tender loving care."

"Beautiful hotel, clean and pleasant room; fairly small room. Friendly front desk staff. All guests required to register with passport at front desk. Excellent breakfast buffet. Stayed here with kids, visited the amazing caves just steps away from the hotel. Room did not have a mini fridge. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular navigating transfers into and from the pedestrian only zone. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very well decorated with large beams and window nooks--but also clean and modern. Thoughtful details are present like a coat rack for the room. The breakfast was stellar with tasty and non-generic items. The location is excellent, just off the Cobbler's Bridge, yet separated by a quarter-block, keeping it a little more quiet."

"Great location for exploring the city - everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Hotel has a lovely modern and friendly boutique feel. Staff all very accommodating. Great breakfast included with lots of options and large portions. Only thing visitors may want to consider is our bathroom had a transparent glass wall and door which may not be suitable for all people sharing a room! Not sure if all rooms have this feature. "

The only hiccups was the “check-in system” was not working properly when we were doing the check in after the working hours. However, we managed to seek help from this bar at the lobby. The staff of the bar were very helpful! In a word, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it. "
