The hotel uses 3 buildings, but the amenities are all in the main building. Staying in the main building certainly would have enhanced our experience."
"Saubere und ruhige Zimmer mit top Ausblick, sehr schöne Pool- und Spa-Landschaft mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, Halbpension Essen war sehr lecker, mit veganen Optionen (unbedingt vorher Bescheid sagen!) - eine Sommerkarte mit kostenloser Bergbahn in Werfenweng (10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt) gibt es oben drauf. Parktickets mit 13,-/Tag etwas happig. Im Örtchen hat man ab 23:00, wenn dann auch die Hotelbar geschlossen hat, leider keine Chance mehr auf ein Bier - versprochen, wir haben es...
"Gorgeous location, with the most beautiful of surroundings. Hotel pool was lovely and the whole place is very family friendly. We ate in the hotel once. It’s a set menu with a choice of 3 mains, salad buffet to start and dessert off the buffet too. Children get no choice but it was fine as it was pasta (off the buffet) so all good. There are restaurants within walking distance to try anyway. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms nicely done. No AC and despite being out of the heat wave the bedroom...

"Nicht zu empfehlen. Im Prinzip solide Unterkunft, aber es kommt zu signifikanten zusätzlichen Kosten die auf der Webseite und dem Buchungsprozess nicht genannt werden. Bei uns war das bei Check In eine Endreinigungspauschaule verlangt wurde, die rund ein Drittel der gesamten Buchungssumme ausgemacht hat... Außerdem wird eine Kaution verlangt die auch zwei Wochen nach der Reise immer noch nicht wieder freigegeben wurden."
"Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes personal. Das Hotel ist nicht so schick wie auf den Bildern, waren jedoch trotzdem rund um zufrieden und würden wiederkommen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit frisch zubereitetem Omelette und selbst gepresstem Fruchtsaft. Das ala carte restaurant konnte uns nicht überzeugen, dafür lohnt sich dann ein Ausflug in das Dorf"
