"Let’s just say they did a very good job with the marketing photos, but the reality is quite different. Please be careful if you are choosing this specifically for the spa as it has restrictive hours, and extra cost, and the facilities are overcrowded and not like the photos. There is an ugly industrial complex right next to it, it shares a lot with a gas station and mediocre typical restaurant. Nothing else nearby. "A great find. Very characterful. Amazing rooms, excellent dinner, friendly bar, nice shop. Didn’t have time to make use of the spa. In small hamlet of a village with lots of rural pursuits around. We were only there overnight en route back to Bilbao. Would love to go back for a longer stay. "
