"Great staff"

"It is very disappointing to stay at a hotel of this caliber and not have hot water in shower in the morning."

"I was very disappointed with my one-night stay at the Valza Boutique Hotel on October 28th. Based on our experience, the hotel fell short of both "comfort" and "boutique" standards. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service, leaving the stairs as our only option. Since parking was in the lower level, this meant carrying our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The receptionist made no offer to assist, which was particularly disappointing under the circumstances. The...

"The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area...

"The rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable, and the location was good. However, the breakfast was disappointing as the food was cold. Overall, the stay was good, but the breakfast could definitely be improved."

"Salle de bain pas aux normes ( accessoires manquants) … "

"Very nice five night stay in a beautiful family suite. The positives — Gorgeous views of the sea, the city, and the mountains. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. The negatives — Beach service and food choice at the beach was underwhelming and not what I am accustomed to in a luxury beach accommodation. Went to dinner in the hotel the first night and did return. Staff are not properly trained. Our server was pompous. It’s a really bad idea to lecture guests about the quality of...

"En kabel stack ifrån väggen, våran dörr pep hela tiden så fort vi gick ut eller in ifrån hotellrummet och ibland trodde vi att vi inte skulle komma in."

"Power went out at night with no backup generators, and took 30min-45min for them to come back. Hotels next door had power.. AC was in and out and the shower was very small."

Einfach TOP!"

"No es muy limpio"

"Good location, but rooms were not very well taken care of, I had to go look for toilet paper and towels as the staff was not helpful."
