"The property is in a great location with lots of food and drink options and is a 10min walk from the city center. The bus stops in front of the property on the other side of the road and you can go to the airport or even aiya Napa. Really convenient. The room was clean and comfy, and the view of the beach was lovely as well. Breakfast and dinner was really good and tasty. The pool was nice but could use some decorating. There is no view from the pool so having some decorative plants to give a...

"The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!"
