"All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative.
Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a...
"We were so happy with everything the staff were very freindly the room was clean and it was quite. I would reconmend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay ."
"Staff were friendly and helpful both prior and during our stay. Our cabin was so comfortable and well maintained. Location was perfect for those travelling by train. We’ll be back!"
"Harmony at tower hill was a very enjoyable 2 nights stay for myself and partner.
Vey unique accommodation that is very well presented and beautifully located to explore the area and surrounding townships."
"The apartment was excellent everything was clean and spotless. We booked a one bed but had the choice of two rooms. Apartment looked like it was newly renovated, bed was comfortable and kitchen suppled with all the gadgets you would need. High speed NBN supplied and apartment even though it faced the road had no noice. Two EV charged were available on site. Would recommend if u want a nice comfortable place to stay."

We paid for an extra person to stay so it would have been appreciated to have enough cutlery for 3 of us, instead we had to take turns eating dinner. It was a work trip so it was also frustrating that the wifi didn’t work."

The main issue is that there is no service during our 5 nights stay there, however, it is not uncommon for an apartment typed of accommodation. The other issue is that there are only 2 pans there which is not convenient for the apartment-style of stay."
"We contactied owners for directions to property and seeking advice re keys easily via text, and received replies quickly which were very accurate. On arrival at the property, we had to check we had the right place, as it was beautiful! So pretty inside and out, all facilites were home from home, spotlessly clean and so peaceful with wonderful views from nearly every window, door and bedroom balcony. only negative, we wanted to stay longer. Beds and towels were all included as was welcome...
