"The Kimpton is an outstanding hotel from the outstanding ocean view rooms to the ocean 10 yards from the pool. The staff is so friendly and willing to assist you without any expectations of money (at anytime). I would rate this hotel as a 5 star, it's that nice from the spa to the food. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. "If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay."
