"I would have liked it more if the check out process had not been so screwed up. I was told at check in to call a number a nd tell them I was checking out by 10 am and to leave keys on table. I was texted not to call and checkout by 10am. No answer to call I had to drive over to check in and no one around. Finally someone came to desk. Then she proceeded to say I could have just left the keys no red to call. VERY poor on making sure staff is trained on process and any changes for in check out."

"The location of the property was misleading by Expedia. The deck and view from the property was poor. The carpet was dirty and the bed mattresses needed to be replaced also.
We would look for another place to stay next time in the Branson area. There are plenty to choose from…."

"What a bummer, honestly. We booked this place months in advance and were very much looking forward to staying here based on other reviews.
The listing says that the space accommodates 4. This is inaccurate. There is a king bed and then a futon. The host claims that there is a double sleeper sofa. There is an Ikea sleeper sofa, which provides a sleeping surface of about 32 x 54 inches (a standard twin futon is 39 x 75). The king bed platform was broken to the point that we were fighting not to...

"Location of the condo was right on Roark creek, so the view from the deck was nice and quiet. Easy walk to downtown Branson little over 2 blocks. The only con about the place is the parking is limited and the members of the gym next door park in front of the units, instead of their own parking lot. I will book this unit again."

"The stay was great for our large party. Plenty of room!! The bathrooms were clean, water pressure was excellent! Location in regards to The Landing and shops was excellent. I have been to Branson from Kansas City 20+ times, from 1990 to present. I don’t want to list by name, but I have stayed in some high-end resorts and some regular older hotels. I have stayed on the lake and in town. I have traveled with a minimum of four and this last trip we had 16.. I would rent this place again. ...
