"No changes since my last review. We had an amazing time in South banks!"

"On first night, discovered TV was broken and had to pack up gear and move to another room at 9pm after staff member tried to fix the problem."

"excellent access to the city by bus without the city hassle and or walkable"

"We had such a lovely stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great and made getting around so convenient. Everything was well maintained, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again!"

"Perfect location. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff were really nice."

"This used to be one of my favourite hotels in Brisbane but not anymore. The room we had was old and worn looking and the bathroom was dirty. There was a lot of mould on the tiles and the shower screen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. We paid extra for a city view and what we got was looking straight at a highrise building and a building site with stuff strewn everywhere, not a nice view."

"Great room overlooking the Brisbane Showgrounds. Plenty of eateries to choose from close by. Enjoyed our 2 day stay. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable."

"Nice hotel"

"Just an overnight stay and the room was very tidy and presented. Staff were very helpful as I had an early departure and explained what I needed to do. Very central to CBD with shops very close."

"Booked this for my daughter and her friend to stay at so they didn’t have to drive home to Gold Coast late at night. Upon checking in they were not informed of any construction noise. Upon booking it stated that some construction work “nearby”. However the girls were woken up to hammering noise so loud that their room was shaking while still dark outside… they even thought someone was breaking into their room. They recorded the noise and shaking and had no sleep and drove to Gold Coast next...

"Very easy after hours access."

"Beautiful little apartment with a balcony. Friendly staff."
