"From the moment we arrived to the when we left two weeks later, Crystal Waters was an oasis of calm and relaxation. The layout of the hotel, spread around 3 super pool areas was excellent and gave it much more of a resort feel. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. "The GPS in maps app, could not find the location. It’s not an easy street to drive or park, very narrow two ways steep street that only locals know how to get in and out. The room is on the Small side, tiny shower. The town and beaches are incredible, but packed with tourist in July-august."

"Lovely large room, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Beautiful pool area. However, we could not use the pool as it was closed for 3 days due to rain. For a lot of that period there was no rain and it was hot weather, so we feel it is unfair on all the guests to close the main hotel attraction for no good reason. If it had been terrible weather, we would understand, but there was the odd rain shower and that's all. "

"The hotel staff was quite rude. They apparently have a no check in before 3:00 pm, even when rooms are available. The rooms are tired and the bathrooms are grungy. It is very overpriced as well. The location is excellent; right in the harbor area. That is the only thing I can recommend about this hotel. "

"A very nice location and staff came within a few minutes to show us our room. The breakfast was served a bit away from the rooms which may have caused a problem for some guests. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurants not too far away but we bought a few things from a little convenience store.
