Das Buffet Essen für so eine große Anlage mit sehr vielen Gästen muss man erstmal in dieser Qualität anbieten können. Als großen Pluspunkt bewerten wir, dass auch das Personal selbst hier gegessen hat und auch der Rettungsdienst hier das Essen geholt hat. Nettes Servicepersonal, egal ob im Restaurant, Rezeption oder Zimmerservice. Hier wird den ganzen Tag gereinigt und gearbeitet. Auch an den Außenanlagen. Den schlechten...
"Servizi deludenti, manutenzione imprecisa, mancavano balsamo (solo su richiesta) e detergenti intimi (questi sconosciuti). Il bidè impraticabile per logistica del bagno. Colazione disordinata, qualitativamente di bassa lega con uova e pancetta fredde."
"Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.
Leider war das Frühstück eher enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß und wirkte etwas einseitig.
Auch das Abendessen hat uns nicht überzeugt. Wir haben teilweise nicht das bekommen, was wir ausgewählt hatten. Außerdem waren die Kartoffeln leider nicht frisch gekocht, sondern schmeckten mehrfach aufgewärmt.
Insgesamt waren wir daher mit dem Essen nicht zufrieden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers."
"Beautiful setting, it was well worth having a lakeside room to get the incredible views from the balcony. Convenient location right near the main Limone Centro ferry port. Staff were helpful and corrected an issue with our room quickly. Breakfast options were good, although the scrambled eggs were sometimes not very tasty...Overall a lovely stay and would recommend!"
"Super Lage mit super Ausblick. Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück war üppig. Mir wurde leider nicht mitgeteilt, dass erst ab 07:00 ausgecheckt werden kann. Das war schade weil ich um 04:00 vereisen wollte und musste Bardgeld hinlegen. Der Mitarbeiter war nicht kooperativ. Beim einchecken wurde ich nicht wirklich herzlich in Empfang genommen und meine Fragen wurden nicht vollständig beantwortet. Trotzdem würde ich erneut übernachten."

"Lovely small hotel that was spotlessly clean. The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel is modern and well situated for walking into the village albeit this is on a hill. The pool is nice with a number of loungers but not big if you want to do a lot of swimming.
Overall though a lovely hotel with kind attentive staff. Would recommend"
