"The room was incredibly small and located on an unusual side, far from the other rooms near the stairwell. It was extremely hot, and the proximity to a main road made it unbearably noisy. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful. My pregnant wife, who urgently needed to pee, was trapped in the stairwell area because our key wouldn’t open the door. We couldn’t even return to the elevator area since the key was useless.
I had to descend four flights of stairs to the main road and...
"Staff very helpful! Room was ready early which was wonderful since we arrived before the check-in time with all of our luggage. Excellent location - only a few minute walk to the train station. Close to shopping/dining options. Since we travelled to Italy in late September/early October, we found out after the first night that they turn the A/C off at night so our room was a little warm for sleeping. They did offer us a fan to use. Good breakfast options. Loved our stay!"
"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."
"The hotel’s location is excellent—away from the chaos but still close to the main Florence attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere, which was very convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop bar, restaurant, and pool were wonderful. The property is very well located and offers some great amenities.
The room was okay, The bathroom, in particular, is poorly designed. It is quite small, yet has a large sink, toilet, and bathtub, leaving very little space to...
"The room was small but manageable. Location was good and walkable if you don’t mind 20 min walks which is a long time if you’re trying to get some where. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. Dinner was good. Limited choices though. Loved the cool water in the automatic fountains. Went Sept 8-10. Hotel was a bit pricey for my taste but cute hotel. Had a gym but didn’t use it. The beds were 2 twin size and we pushed them together. We were too tired to ask for a full size or...
"Enjoyed our stay. But be for warned the configuration of the Hotel is quite strange, and it seems like a fire hazard. You have to go up and downstairs just to get to the elevator. The room was strange, with a sauna when you walked in. The window had no view. For what you are paying you should get more. The breakfast was served in a very small room."
"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall, especially because of its convenient location and the very pleasant and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast offered a great selection, with plenty of choices to start the day.
We stayed in a Junior Suite with four adults, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably, which was a definite plus.
There were, however, a couple of disappointments. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to...
