"This is a fantastic concept hotel that my wife and I really enjoyed! It definitely feels young and is indeed a place where students could stay for a school year but it had everything we needed and was easy walking distance to many of the sights in Florence. Super easy to get to from the train station as well. "

"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. No extra seating in the room made it hard to sit and relax without being in bed. Walkable distances to all major sites. We do not spend too much time in our hotels anyway but if you want more comfortable space in general, perhaps...

"A traditional Italian hotel. Lots of dark wood. Staff very friendly. Breakfast view of the Duomo is stunning. Fair buffet breakfast. Roof top terrace bar. Not quite enough staff. Brilliant shower, always loads of hot water. WiFi is virtually non existent. They know this and nothing is done. "Nice hotel in the centre of Florence, very convenient to see the city with almost all places you’d want to see within walking distance. Can be noisy at night due to location, and it is not the easiest to drive to if you have a car. Had some issues with bookings made via the guest services site not seeming to work, and some staff were not immediately helpful in resolving it. Others were excellent though."

"We stayed at the 3 nights at room with a balcony and it was wonderful, the staff was amazing. We stayed an extra night and they moved us to smaller room looking at the hidro pool before we checked out of the big room. The breakfast was superb. They have a large variety of foods. We had dinner there one night and it was ok."

"I had a great trip. OK the room and the bathroom were small and there was no view but I was only in my room to sleep. All the staff were very friendly helpful and all of the prime attractions in Florence are within easy walking distance. Within a few minutes walk is a good choice of restaurants and staff there were friendly and helpful too. Already planning my next visit."

"The Breakfast is wonderfufl. The access to all places easy. There are problems with security in Firenze and in the neighbourhood It is a pity and not the fault of the hotel Firenze is beautiful"

"I enjoyed the hotel. It is along the river and, as such, a beautiful place to stay. The hotel is also accessible to cars without 'inner city' permits, making it easy to visit if you are driving in. The rooftop is beyond gorgeous to sit at for a drink or a meal. The rooms are small but clean and well attended to. I appreciated the eco-aspects of the hotel. Sustainability seems to be a focus of theirs."
