Next morning the smoke in our. Station almost made us sick. The room next to us was also a non smoking so we were rather upset. Staff apologized of course."

"Rooms were immaculate and cleaning staff worked very hard. Breakfast was ok. Considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, meaning that gusts may choose to stay and utilise the bar, I would have thought that keeping the bar staffed would be a priority? Sadly not! Had to repeatedly ask for some e to serve our group of 6 people. Ended up just leaving due to the wait one night. When we complained, we got shouted at! Pool area and corridors had a drain smell but luckily this didn’t extend to the rooms. Overall, good for a quick stop over - but that’s all! "
