"My stay would have been wonderful if upon check in I wasn’t charged 10 Euros to check in one hour early. The front desk advised me that my room was ready but if I wanted it before 3pm (it was 145pm) I had to pay the 10 Euros which I find absolutely ridiculous and a money grab. It would be different if I was several hours early or if they gave me another room instead.
The location was great for the ferry to Helsinki and walking distance to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, okay...

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, da uns die Ausgangslage zwischen Hafen und Altstadt sehr entgegen kam. Wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen."
"This hotel provided false information that their rooms have windows that can be opened. In our original reservation for 1 room, we specifically messaged them to ask if the windows could be opened for fresh air for pulmonary reasons. They replied that “they can be opened upon request to allow fresh air into the room." We therefore rebooked for 2 Comfort Double rooms with full pre-payment. When we arrived we were assigned 2 rooms with windows that are locked because they faced a cement wall less...
"Loved my stay at the hotel, got a lovely room upgrade for my partner’s birthday and the staff surprised us with something special too. The spa facilities and gym was really nice and the breakfast really tasty - would highly recommend this hotel :)"
"The lady at the front desk refused to speak russian but she insisted that we speak English.Unfortunately her English wasn't very well..
On the other hand younger gentleman who was checking me in was very kind spoke Russian,English and other languages.He made us feel like home

"What an absolutely beautiful hotel. It was right outside of Old Town Tallinn and in the newer part of the city. So many shopping and restaurant options nearby. We walked to and from Terminal D and just about the entire time we were there. We would absolutely stay here again in the future."
"Super noisy in the corridors and neighbouring bedrooms through the night. Poor facilities in hotel and hotel reception wasn’t staffed at some points with queues if people in the busy reception area with nobody present to answer queries. Room standard was good but would not stay here again."
"We enjoyed four nights at Three Sisters Hôtel in Tallinn. It was everything you need when visiting a city in Europe. Close to everything in the Old City, but near enough to the walls that you can explore outside them easily. Would highly recommend."
