Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. 10/10 Excellent

"Immaculate hotel. Staff work so hard to make sure guests are looked after and are comfortable. Cleaners visited everyday. Pool area is small but plenty of comfortable sun loungers. Pool bar serves a variety of food and drinks - staff very always helpful. Hotel is in a great area - just 5mins walk into the gorgeous town full of shops, restaurants and bars. Our favourite was the bakery on the left as you reach the town - incredible!!! Thank you for an amazing week."
